PROJECT: “Improvement of the production capacity and increase of the exports of Vrangovi Ltd.” CONTRACT: BG16FOP002-2.001-0203-C01 The implementation of Grant Agreement No. BG16FOP002-2.001-0203-C01 was completed on 10.02.2017. In connection with the completion of the activities, the final report under the contract was submitted on 02.03.2017. In March, an on-site inspection was also carried out by the Managing Authority. All machines included in the project have been delivered and put into operation. Starting from 2018, the indicators set out in the project and in the grant agreement began to be implemented. The results achieved and expected to be achieved within 3 years after the implementation of the project are: CNC hydraulic press brake Band saw machine MIG/MAG welding machine MIG/MAG welding machine CNC hydraulic guillotine shear Plasma cutting equipment Single-girder overhead crane with lifting capacity Q = 5 t and span Lk = 10.50 m Documents for the selection of suppliers In connection with the implementation of Grant Agreement No. BG16RFOP002-2.001-0203-C01 and the conduct of contractor selection procedures, we publish the tender documentation for the selection of contractors: Delivery and installation of a single-girder overhead crane with lifting capacity Q = 5 t and span Lk = 10.50 m. In September 2022, we submitted a project under the “Technological Modernization” procedure, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The project proposal is related to the modernization of the production process of Vrangovi Ltd. through the purchase of the following equipment: Combined CNC machine for laser cutting of sheet material and tubes – 1 unit Powder coating installation for metal products – 1 unit Manual sandblasting chamber with automatic abrasive recycling system – 1 unit Single-girder overhead crane, 3.2 tons – 1 unit At the end of 2022, the results of the evaluation of the submitted project proposals were published. Our project was approved for funding and, in this regard, in April 2023 we signed a grant agreement. The main objective of the project is to expand production capacity, increase the efficiency of production processes, improve the productivity of the enterprise, and optimize the production chain through obtaining grant funding for technological modernization under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The expected effect of the project implementation is the economic recovery of the enterprise to its pre-COVID pandemic level and the creation of conditions for the growth and development of the company through the digitalization of production processes, with the aim of expanding the activities of Vrangovi Ltd. The planned investments under the project comply with the “do no significant harm” principle in relation to the environment and will contribute to the country’s green transition. The activity to be implemented under the project is: Acquisition of new technologies with a focus on the digitalization of production processes for the purpose of expanding production capacity and diversifying the products/services offered. Through the implementation of the planned activity, the following results will be achieved: increased productivity; expansion of production capacity with new products and services; improved efficiency of production costs; increased production capacity of the company; flexibility and modernization of production processes; implementation of modern digital technologies in production; improvement of the company’s market positions; increased competitiveness of the company. The project budget amounts to BGN 685,560, of which 50% is grant funding. The project implementation period is 12 months, and the grant agreement was signed on 10.04.2023.
